Due to the certified technical nature of industrial tools, precision instruments, and workshop machinery, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ProToolBazar operates on a STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY. Once an order is processed, dispatched, or delivered, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This website (ProToolBazar.com) is operated as an industrial tools marketplace. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ProToolBazar. By visiting our site and/or purchasing tools from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Product Authenticity & Genuine Tool Guarantee
All products listed on ProToolBazar (including Taparia, Bosch, Eastman, Groz, De-Neers, and associated brands) are 100% genuine, brand-new, and sourced through authorized industrial supply chains. Tools undergo strict factory quality checks prior to dispatch.
Strict Return, Refund & Replacement Guidelines
No Cash or Gateway Refunds: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or monetary refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size ordering by the customer, or incompatibility. Please double check technical specifications, jaw sizes, torque ranges, and alloy compositions prior to placing your order.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Protocol for Transit Claims:
- A single, continuous, uncut video showing the sealed shipping box, shipping label with tracking ID, opening of parcel, and item condition is mandatory.
- Transit damage claims must be lodged within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp shown by the courier partner.
- Upon video verification, our team will dispatch a replacement item free of cost.
GST Tax Invoicing & Input Tax Credit (ITC)
All prices on ProToolBazar include standard applicable GST (18%). If you provide a valid GSTIN during onboarding or checkout, the tax invoice will contain your business name and GSTIN for claiming Input Tax Credit under Indian GST law.
Shipping & Pan-India Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours via premier logistics partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC). Delivery timelines generally range from 2 to 6 business days depending on customer pincode location.
